HOW TO GET STARTED

1. You find the Property

You identify an off market property that appears to be in distressed condition or the home owner likely to sell.  Let us know about this property and we will register it in your name and consider it your deal.

2. Analyze the property

We will analyze the property and tell you the estimated resale value, rehab, and appropriate buy price. We will collaborate with you and determine the best approach to secure a contract with the home owner.

3. Invest in the property

You determine how much you want to invest, if any, and we will purchase the real estate. If you don't have any money, talk with us about putting you in touch with a lender. Alternatively, we purchase wholesale deals too.

4. Rehab the property

We rehab the property in a manner that maximizes the value of the property in the most cost effective manner.

5. sell the property

We will sell the property using our proven sales techniques. An example below illustrates how the profit is distributed.
